How to place an international order?

Shipping

All international orders are shipped by Brazilian courier Correios or DHL. Shipping fee is to be agreed depending on the country. Once your package is shipped, we will send you the tracking number.

Payment

All international orders are processed by PayPal or bank deposit.

Fees

Please note that consumer is in charge of any fee arising in the country of destination. We cannot estimate these fees or any possible delay on the arrival of your parcel. Custom and/or duty fees vary per country since it depends on your local governmnet´s terms. If you have any doubt regarding custom and/or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. If you decide not to pay your local taxes and import duties, and choose to reject the parcel, we will not refund you for your order.

Exchanges and Returns

We support the idea of conscious consumption and would like to advise you to avoid exchanges and returns whenever possible to reduce our carbon footprint. If you are not sure of your size or want to know more details about some of our products, please contact us at [email protected] and we will be happy to help you. But, if you still want to exchange or return your product, it's quite simple. We have a 14 days return policy, which means that we accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of receiving your order in order to be eligible for a refund. Customers will be responsible for the return transport costs. The product must be returned with all labels and tags attached to the product, accompanied by both Brazilian and International Invoice. We do not accept returns and exchanges of used, washed, damaged, altered with adjustments, stained or any other sign of use. All our items go through a quality control before shipped, but we recommend you to inspect your order upon arrival for any defect or damage. Please email [email protected] requesting your return or exchange and we will assist you on the next steps. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect your order and contact you regarding your refund. We do not accept returns or exchanges without prior notice. Please note we cannot refund international custom and/or duty fees.
